Terms of sale

The general terms and conditions set forth below, in compliance with Italian legislation pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, and pursuant to Chapter I, Title III of the Consumer Code, govern the sale between MedalPharma and the Customer and are intended to provide the Customer with the knowledge required by law before expressing consent to the purchase. By purchasing, the Customer confirms that he or she is aware of all the information provided to him or her both in the following conditions and during the purchase process and accepts them in full. Customers will be informed of any changes to these conditions by notice published on the medalpharma.it website. If the Customer is a consumer, he or she must print and save an electronic copy of these general terms and conditions of sale or any amendments. A consumer is a Customer – a natural person who purchases for purposes not directly related to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity he or she may carry out.

Products and orders

Products and their prices are described in the relevant information sheets. The technical information is based exclusively on official data published by the manufacturers, and dimensions and other characteristics are subject to normal commercial tolerances. The image accompanying a product's description sheet may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and may differ in size.
The sales contract is deemed to be fully concluded upon MedalPharma's acceptance of the order, as indicated by the shipping confirmation email. This email establishes all legal obligations for the fulfillment of the contract for both parties. MedalPharma is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order. MedalPharma will issue an invoice only if expressly requested by the customer during order acceptance. It will subsequently be sent to the email address provided by the buyer. The product assortment on the website reflects the availability of each item. It is possible that for various reasons, a particular product may no longer be available. In the event that the ordered items are unavailable, or if for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled as requested by the customer, MedalPharma Customer Service will promptly notify the customer.

PayPal

PayPal is the safest and most convenient way to make your online purchases on MedalPharma easily and securely. With MedalPharma, you can pay directly with your PayPal account or, if you don't have one, pay with your debit/credit card through their network. For more information on PayPal, click here.

Debit/credit cards

We accept major Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. Payment is secure through a secure and encrypted banking platform.

 

By selecting the Pay with PayPal payment method, the customer will be directed to the PayPal login page (if you don't have your login details and don't want to register with PayPal, click on "Don't have a PayPal account?").
The order amount is charged to your PayPal account upon order placement. For each transaction made through PayPal, the customer will receive an additional payment confirmation email directly from the PayPal portal.

If Susi.it srl cancels an order or part of it, the customer will be promptly notified; in both cases, the payment (full or partial) will be refunded via PayPal.
After the refund has been made, Susi.it srl cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages resulting from PayPal's delay or failure to release the refunded amount.

If the shipping address in your order doesn't match the shipping address you provided on PayPal, we'll ship the goods to the address you provided on PayPal. If the destination country on PayPal is different and has different shipping costs, we'll be forced to cancel the order and refund the customer.

Credit card

By choosing "Pay with card" at checkout, customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system provided by PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.it for more information.

All transactions are processed via a secure server, ensuring maximum data protection for Susi.it customers. Our Customer Service is in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or expiration dates. To ensure greater protection for e-commerce purchases, Susi.it strongly recommends its customers sign up for Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, which require a PIN security code to make online purchases securely. If Susi.it cancels an order or part of it, the amount will be refunded to the card used by the customer. After the refund, Susi.it cannot be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages caused by the delay or failure of the bank/postal/credit institution to release the refunded amount.

If the shipping address in your order doesn't match the shipping address you provided on PayPal, we'll ship the goods to the address you provided on PayPal. If the destination country on PayPal is different and has different shipping costs, we'll be forced to cancel the order and refund the customer.

Shipping times and costs

Shipping within Italy is €8.00. Unless otherwise stated, shipping within Italy is free for orders over €50. Estimated delivery times within Italy are 48-72 hours. Right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005). By law, online sales are treated as mail order sales.

The right of withdrawal allows the customer to return the ordered product if they change their mind about their purchase. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty. This right must be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods by communicating your intention to withdraw from the purchase, which must be confirmed by registered mail addressed to: MedalPharma Via Don Minzoni, 7 - 56012 Calcinaia (Pisa) to be sent peremptorily within ten days of receiving the goods (the postmark is proof). The withdrawal notice must contain: The indication of the items for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal; The Order Number with the purchase confirmation; The identification data (name, surname/company name, address, telephone number, e-mail); The bank details (Bank, Agency number, account holder, account number, CIN code, ABI and CAB codes) for the refund of the purchase amount; The goods must then be returned to MedalPharma at the buyer's expense within 15 working days of receiving them, in perfect condition. Within 14 working days of receiving the goods we will carry out The Customer will be credited with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods as per the invoice. This amount does not include shipping costs. This is in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005.

MedalPharma Returns Policy:

You can return your items to MedalPharma within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Once you request a return, you will receive a return slip with all the necessary instructions. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please clearly indicate our return address on the product packaging:

Be sure to also include your return number, which you will find in the return note.
Note: Customers returning products within the 14-day period are responsible for shipping costs. Please use only the original packaging.
Refunds:
The refund process will begin as soon as we receive the item. The refund processing method depends on the original payment method used.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once the products arrive at MedalPharma's warehouse, we'll begin processing your refund. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Warranty

In the event of defects in the Products purchased from MedalPharma, the Customer must immediately contact Customer Service through the specific Contact section of the website. All products sold by MedalPharma are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the 24-month warranty for defects in conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must retain the receipt (or invoice) received by email. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided according to the procedures illustrated in the documentation included in the product packaging.
